Course Requirements
Our Best Words is a Technical Writing and Marketing Communications school in Israel. We teach foundation-level courses for students who want to enter an exciting career in TechComm and Marcomm. Our learning program is self-paced and on-demand, with 46 lessons. Our lesson materials are updated for industry relevance. Our program includes practical homework assignments by our leading instructors who periodically meet with each student, guiding them through their educational journey. Our program enables students to learn in the comfort of their home and at their own pace, allowing them to acquire new market-relevant skills to successfully enter the job market.
General Requirements
- mother-tongue level English
- a reliable computer with a high-speed internet connection
- up-to-date licensed software on your computer
- a Windows machine with Microsoft Office for TechComm courses
- active user of Facebook and other social media platforms for MarCom courses
Technical Requirements
All candidates for our TechComm Foundations courses are required to pass a test to show their aptitude in Technology Basics and/or Microsoft Word Basics.
If you require introductory training in these programs, speak with us. We can provide these introductory courses free of charge to students who register and pay for one or more of our Foundations courses.
Technology Basics
This course is mandatory for the TechComm Foundations Course for students who do not pass the aptitude test.

Our Best Words Course Details
- You can sign up to take any of our technical or marketing writing courses individually or combine several modules (such as our Foundations of Technical and Marketing Communication course) and pay a discounted rate.
- All applicants must send their resumes and pass a screening interview and skills test before being accepted into any course module.

The myQuest platform is built for mastery, allowing you to revisit any unit (Level) to strengthen your understanding, boost confidence, and ensure you’re fully ready to move forward. Applying for Government Funding & Scholarships
If you are a recent Oleh or Olah, are unemployed, or are over age 50, you may also qualify for government funding toward covering the cost of our comprehensive Foundations of Technical and Marketing Communication course, depending on your circumstances. Every funding application is considered on its own merits and may involve preconditions set by the funding agency.
