We are seeking an experienced technical communicator for a remote project, either as a freelancer or temporary employee of ours. This position can has growth potential with new work following successful completion of this project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience writing documentation for fields such as: data flow management and security business or IT
• Proven experience documenting for a developer audience
• Proven experience documenting CLIs, APIs, and GUI-based products
• Experience in using DITA XML-based authoring tool such as oXygen XML or similar – a strong advantage
• Experience using Linux OS (Red Hat Enterprise, Ubuntu, or SUSE)
• Apache NiFi and/or Apache Ranger
• Portfolio with several work samples
• Ability ramp up quickly, and work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment
• Time flexibility to meet with colleagues, SMEs and distributed teams globally, as needed
